HubSpot, built the way your business actually runs

Whether you've just bought HubSpot or you've had it for years and never finished setting it up, we build the pipelines, automation, data model and reporting your team will actually use. Then we hand it over documented.

The problem

Two ways people end up here

Path A

You've just bought HubSpot

You've signed. There's an onboarding fee on the invoice and a go-live date somewhere in the next quarter. What you don't have is a decision on how your pipeline should be structured, what a qualified lead is, or which of your four spreadsheets becomes the source of truth.

  • HubSpot's own onboarding is guided, meaning your team does the configuring
  • Nobody internally has done a CRM build before
  • The clock started the day you signed and licences are already being paid for
  • Get the data model wrong now and you're rebuilding it in eighteen months
Path B

You've had HubSpot a while and it never took

  • Reps have gone back to their own tracker because the CRM is slower than not using it
  • Nobody trusts the forecast, so leadership rebuilds it by hand every month
  • Half the deals have no close date, no owner, or three duplicate contacts attached
  • Marketing can't tell you which campaigns produced revenue, only which produced clicks

Neither of these is a HubSpot problem. Both are configuration problems, and both get more expensive the longer they run.

What we do

What we actually build

We design and build your portal end to end. Our team does the work, not your team with us watching. That means we sit through discovery with your sales and marketing leads, map how your business actually sells today, then configure HubSpot to match it rather than forcing you into a template. At the end you get a working system, a trained team, and documentation your future admin can pick up cold.

  • Deal pipelines and stage definitions
  • Lifecycle stage model
  • Custom properties and objects
  • Lead routing and assignment rules
  • Workflows and automation
  • Quote, email and meeting templates
  • Dashboards and revenue reporting
  • User permissions and teams
  • Data import, dedupe and cleanup
  • Forms and conversion tracking
  • Sales sequences and playbooks
  • Admin handover docs and recorded training

Moving data out of an existing CRM is handled separately by our CRM migration service. Connecting HubSpot to your ERP, billing or ops systems is covered by custom integrations.

Not sure how much of this you need? Fifteen minutes with a specialist will tell you.

Every build is scoped and quoted after a 30-minute call. No two portals are the same and we'd rather price yours properly than average it.

Timelines above are typical. Actual duration is confirmed at scoping and may be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of your setup, the state of your data, and how quickly approvals come back.

Seven steps, and you'll know where you are in all of them

  1. 1

    Discovery

    week 1

Sessions with your sales, marketing and ops leads. We map how you sell now, not how you wish you did.

  2. 2

    Architecture and spec

    week 1 to 2

You get a written spec covering the data model, pipelines, automation and reporting before anyone builds anything. You sign it off.

  3. 3

    Build

    week 2 to 5

We configure the portal against the signed spec. Weekly progress calls, nothing built in the dark.

  4. 4

    Data load and testing

    week 5 to 6

Import, dedupe and validate. We test every workflow with real records before your team touches it.

  5. 5

    Training

    week 6 to 7

Live sessions by role, recorded so new hires get the same onboarding in six months.

  6. 6

    Go live

    week 7

Cutover with your team supported through the first week of real use.

  7. 7

    Post-launch support

    30 days

Included. Fixes, tweaks and questions at no extra cost while adoption settles.

Who this is for

Good fit

  • You've just bought HubSpot Pro or Enterprise and want it built properly rather than DIY'd
  • You've had HubSpot for a while and it was never finished
  • You're migrating off a CRM your team has outgrown
  • You have a real sales process that needs to exist in software

Not a fit

  • You want someone to run your marketing campaigns
  • You're on HubSpot Free and not planning to upgrade
  • You need one small change, not a build (try managed services)
  • You want the cheapest quote in your inbox

Questions we get asked

We've just bought HubSpot and there's already an onboarding fee on our invoice. Do we still need you?

HubSpot's onboarding is consultative. They guide, your team configures. That works if you have someone internally who's built a CRM before and has the time. If you don't, you'll spend the fee and still not have a working portal. Talk to your HubSpot rep about the fee before you pay it, then talk to us about what actually gets built.

We haven't bought HubSpot yet. Can you help us decide what to buy?

Yes, and we'd rather do that before you sign than after. Buying the wrong tier or the wrong hub combination is the most expensive mistake in this process and the easiest one to avoid.

Should we do onboarding or implementation?

Onboarding is us guiding while your team builds. Implementation is us building. If you have a capable admin with spare hours, onboarding is cheaper. If you don't, implementation is faster and usually cheaper in the end. We'll tell you which one you're in on the call rather than selling you the bigger one.

How long does an implementation take?

Three to four weeks for a Launch scope, six to eight for Scale, ten to fourteen for Enterprise. The variable is almost always data quality, not build complexity, so the scoping call gives you a firmer number.

What do you need from our team?

Roughly three to four hours across discovery, then an hour a week for progress calls, then whatever your team commits to training. We do the building.

What happens to our existing data?

If it's coming from another CRM, that's a migration and we scope it alongside the build. If it's in spreadsheets, cleanup and import is included.

We already have a messy HubSpot portal. Do you start over?

Usually not. We audit what's there, keep what works, and rebuild what doesn't. Starting from scratch throws away history you may need later.

Do we need Operations Hub?

Not always. We'll tell you honestly during scoping. We have no incentive to upsell you licences.

Who owns the portal afterwards?

You do, completely. Full admin access, full documentation, no lock-in of any kind. If you want us to stay on afterwards that's a separate managed services agreement, not a condition.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because a small build and a large one both get called "HubSpot implementation" and quoting you before we understand your data model would be guessing. You'll have a real number within a day of the call.

What if it goes wrong after launch?

Thirty days of post-launch support is included. After that most clients move to a monthly plan, but that's a choice, not a requirement.

Are you an actual HubSpot partner?

Yes. [AWAITING CLIENT CONTENT: insert current tier and accreditations]

Can you work in our timezone?

We deliver across the US, UK and Australia with a 25-person team, so yes.

Talk to someone who's done this sixty times

Thirty minutes. You'll leave knowing which scope you're in, roughly what it costs, and how long it takes. No deck, no pitch, and no obligation to use us.
