Leave Salesforce.
Keep everything you built in it.
Custom objects, validation rules, activity history, attachments and years of pipeline data. We audit what you've got, prove it moves in a sandbox, then cut over on a weekend.
Trusted by founders and leaders at 185+ growing companies
You've decided. Now someone has to actually do it.
Your Salesforce org has accumulated custom objects, fields, validation rules and workflows that nobody has documented in years.
The person who built most of it has left, or is about to.
Every export you've tried comes out flat. Relationships between accounts, opportunities and contacts don't survive.
Attachments, Chatter, call logs and email history are the parts everyone assumes will just be abandoned.
Your integrations are wired into Salesforce, so the CRM is only half the project.
There's an internal camp arguing you should stay, and a failed migration proves them right.
The seat cost is why you're leaving. The migration is why you haven't yet.
What actually moves out of Salesforce.
We start by auditing your org properly, because most Salesforce instances contain far more than anyone remembers building. You get a written inventory of every object, field, automation and integration, along with what each one becomes in HubSpot. We map it, run a full test migration into a HubSpot sandbox so your team can open their own accounts and check them, and only then schedule a live cutover with a rollback plan agreed in advance.
Configuring the HubSpot portal you're landing in is Implementation, and Salesforce migrations are almost always scoped alongside one. Reconnecting the systems that were wired into Salesforce is custom integrations.
Want the honest answer for your specific org? Fifteen minutes with a specialist will give you it.
Three scopes, driven by how much your org has accumulated.
Scoped and quoted after we've looked at your source system. Volume matters less than how messy the data is, so we'd rather see it than guess.

Org audit
(WEEK 1)Every object, field, automation, report and integration inventoried. You get the document whether or not you proceed with us.
Mapping and decisions
(WEEK 1 TO 2)What migrates, what gets rebuilt, what gets deliberately left behind. Signed off by you before anything runs.
Cleanup
(WEEK 3)Duplicates, dead records and fields nobody has populated in three years. Migrating them just moves the problem
Test migration
(WEEK 3 TO 5)Full run into a HubSpot sandbox. Your sales leads open their own accounts and confirm the history is there.
Automation rebuild
(RUNS ALONGSIDE)Workflows, routing and notifications rebuilt in HubSpot against your actual current process, not the one Salesforce was configured for in 2019.
Weekend cutover
(WEEK 6)Reps finish Friday in Salesforce, start Monday in HubSpot. Salesforce kept read-only, not cancelled.
Validation and support
(30 DAYS)Reconciliation report, then a month of fixes and questions included.
Keep your Salesforce licences read-only for at least one billing cycle after cutover. It costs one more month and it removes the only genuinely irreversible risk in the project.
What this looks like when it's done
Good fit, not a fit.
Good fit
Leaving Salesforce, Keeping History
You've decided to leave Salesforce and want everything to survive the move without losing history.
Custom Objects & Automation
Your higher custom objects and HubSpot workflows and automations need to be recreated, not just imported.
Builder Already Gone
The person who built your org is leaving, and knowledge needs to transfer before they go.
Not a fit
Still Building the Business Case
You're still building the internal business case, in which case a case study will be more useful.
Wants Both Systems Running Forever
You need Salesforce and HubSpot synced permanently rather than migrated.
Deep CPQ / Service Cloud Dependency
Your Salesforce org is deeply tied into CPQ or Service Cloud in ways that need specialist handling first.
The questions we hear most.
Start with one. Most engagements begin with a single workflow or service (an automation, a CRM cleanup, one AI agent) and expand from there as the system proves itself. You never have to buy the whole thing up front.
