How We Solved It
We built a three-layer outbound intelligence system that takes a set of targeting criteria and produces a database of fully researched, personalized, ready-to-send emails — automatically, end to end.
Layer 1 — Discovery and Enrichment The system identifies companies that match the target profile and enriches each one with real business signals: reputation data, review volume, website activity, growth indicators, and company size. It then surfaces the right decision-makers at each company with verified contact details and full professional backgrounds.
Layer 2 — Qualification and Segmentation Every lead is scored and segmented automatically. Companies with reputation problems are flagged as high priority and routed to urgency-based messaging. Growing companies are separated for growth-angle outreach. Each lead is assigned a score, a category, and a priority level — so the team always knows exactly where to focus energy first.
Layer 3 — AI Research and Email Generation For each decision-maker, the system performs an individual research pass — analyzing their professional background against the company's specific signals and the appropriate messaging angle. Three email variants are generated per person: pain-focused, growth-focused, and authority-focused. Each email is scored for quality before it is approved. Anything that falls below the quality threshold is automatically regenerated.
