Growlyze ("we", "us", "our") operates growlyze.com. We build AI-powered growth systems, automation, and go-to-market infrastructure for businesses. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@growlyze.com.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Name and company name
• Email address and phone number
• Services you're interested in and your budget range
• Your message

We also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage — see Section 6 for full details. The only other browser storage we use is localStorage to remember your dark/light theme preference, which stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Information you submit through the contact form is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Follow up on your interest in our services
• Schedule a call or assessment if requested

We do not use your data for any other purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Your submitted data is received by our internal workflow system (n8n, self-hosted on our infrastructure) and accessed only by the Growlyze team for lead follow-up.

We will not disclose your information to any third party except where required by law.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship or inquiry. If you'd like your data removed, contact us at hello@growlyze.com and we'll delete it promptly.

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our site (pages visited, time on site, traffic sources). Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

• _ga — distinguishes users, expires after 2 years
• _ga_* — maintains session state, expires after 2 years

These cookies collect anonymised data and do not identify you personally. The data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Beyond analytics cookies, the only other browser storage we use is a theme preference key in localStorage, which contains no personal data and is never sent to our servers.

Our site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely and stored on self-hosted infrastructure with access restricted to the Growlyze team.
