The Problem
Real estate teams run their business across too many disconnected systems. Listings live in portals. Agent performance lives in spreadsheets. Property photos are buried in email threads. And there is no single place to answer even the most basic management questions: How many properties are currently listed? Which agents are carrying the most? Where are enquiries actually coming from?
Every answer requires pulling data from multiple places — and even then, the picture is already out of date. New agents share system access through shared credentials. Listings are created inconsistently, with no standard format, no structured property types, and no direct photo upload. There is no accountability, no visibility, and no single source of truth.
How We Solved It
We built Estato — a full-stack real estate operations platform that gives teams a single command center for their entire business.
Agents sign in with their own Google account and manage their own listings through a structured form: property type, location, price, description, and a direct photo upload. The moment a listing is created, it is live in the platform — tied to that agent's profile, searchable and filterable by every relevant attribute.
Managers get a live dashboard with instant KPIs: properties for sale, properties for rent, total customers, total agents — alongside revenue trends and referral source performance, all rendered in real time. The agent directory shows who holds what, and individual agent profiles display their full property portfolio.
Every operation runs with data integrity built in. Creates and deletes are handled as atomic transactions, keeping all records perfectly synchronized at all times.
Impact
- One place for everything — the full property portfolio, searchable and filterable, always current and always accurate
- Live KPIs on every login — portfolio size, revenue trends, referral sources, and the full agent roster, all in real time
- Structured, consistent listings — standardized property types, validated fields, and direct photo uploads mean every listing is created to the same standard
- Individual agent accountability — every action is tied to a specific authenticated identity; no shared credentials, no ambiguity over who listed what
- Role-aware access — agents manage their own listings; managers see the full picture; no workarounds or manual permissions required
