The Problem
Before automation, the creative team handled photo shoots and model image generation manually — time-consuming conceptualization, specialist prompt engineering for AI tools, and fragmented workflows for managing product images.
The result was delays and inconsistency in campaign visuals. The goal was to integrate the whole creative pipeline into one system that could rapidly produce consistent, on-brand fashion campaign images.
How It Works
A simple form trigger takes a product or clothing image. The workflow analyzes the garment, builds the creative prompt internally — deciding the ideal model persona — and calls an AI image model (Google Gemini) to generate a unique, on-brand fashion model, which is saved to Google Drive.
Using that model image and the original product as references, it then builds multiple detailed prompts for eCommerce studio shots and lifestyle scenarios, generates the corresponding photorealistic images, validates each generation, and uploads the final assets to the right Google Drive folder with predictable naming — front, angle, back, detail, plus lifestyle.
Impact
- Zero manual prompt-writing — all creative direction and prompt engineering is baked into the workflow
- 70–90% less creative time per campaign — hours of back-and-forth between creative, photography and AI tools collapse to minutes
- Consistent, full-coverage sets — every product gets the same standardized studio shots plus lifestyle scenes, front to detail
- Scales to any catalog — run one product or a thousand at the same quality bar, without booking a shoot
